European Wax Center is looking for a Data Scientist to support Finance, Operations, Marketing and Development with data analysis, SQL, Python, and BI dashboard development.

The role spans descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, building pipelines in Snowflake, and translating business questions into actionable insights for multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data science, analytics, or business analytics experience with hands-on SQL/Python.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse.
• Experience using BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) for multiple business audiences.
• Ability to translate business questions into an analytical approach.

Responsabilités

• Write SQL and Python to build datasets and pipelines in Snowflake.
• Create dashboards and KPI frameworks for self-serve reporting.
• Develop predictive models and forecasting analyses.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to surface trends and root causes.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Finance, Ops, Marketing, and Development stakeholders to scope questions.
• Design and maintain BI dashboards for cross-team use.
• Provide data-driven recommendations.
