Verizon in Irving, TX is seeking a data analytics professional to turn data into strategic insights for the consumer marketing team. You will analyze internal and external data to forecast product potential, support decision making, and influence the direction of new offerings.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Network Engineering, Digital Operations, Finance, and Marketing to deliver data-driven solutions, build dashboards, and communicate findings to business partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Experience in advanced analytics, measurement, or data science.
• Experience in Looker & Qlik or similar visual analysis tool, optimization, analytics and large data sets, project management, developing visually compelling interactive dashboards.
• Experience with data modeling using LookML in the Looker platform.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Big Query / Vertex AI / Looker / LookML / Looker Studio Pro).
• Experience with programming language SQL.
• Experience translating business problems into analytical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating and enhancing marketing campaign effectiveness using advanced analytics, A/B testing frameworks, and ROI analysis.
• Partnering with AI&A team to support the development of sophisticated ML models to predict customer behavior, churn patterns, sales transactions, and revenue.
• Performing advanced analytics, modeling and data mining to develop insights on our business.
• Developing unique customer lifecycle strategies and cross-BAU behavioral churn programs to proactively identify retention opportunities.
• Assisting in the creation of executive dashboards, standardized reporting frameworks, and compelling visualizations to ensure data-driven decision-making is embedded across the organization.
• Translating complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations, managing the Cost of Retention (COR) within financial guidance and supporting strategic marketing plans.
• Monitoring performance and reporting ongoing and ad hoc metrics in reports, presentations, and dashboards targeted to the situation and audience.
• Partnering with teams like Network Engineering, Digital Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align analytical solutions with business goals.
