Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Manager, Data Risk Analyst to advance enterprise-wide data governance risk. You will partner across Data Risk Management, Technology Risk, Data Governance and business teams to bring visibility to risks and strengthen risk-based decisions.

The role offers a hybrid work model (4 days in-office, 1 day from home) and requires relocation within listed areas or current residence in the United States. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years in data governance.
• Experience with databases and cross-functional process management.
• Experience across business and IT functions.
• Knowledge of relational data models and data extraction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify, assess, and monitor data governance risks.
• Provide independent challenge on how business teams address data risk.
• Contribute data risk perspective to cross-functional projects and reviews.
• Build relationships across risk, control, technology, data governance, and business teams.
• Help maintain the team resources and communication channels.
