Job summary

Klipboard is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Blue Bell, PA based team. You will load, review and improve automotive catalog data, working with ACES/PIES feeds and SQL-based data stores to ensure accuracy and completeness for customers.

As a mid-level (P3) contributor, you will collaborate with product, development and customer-facing colleagues, applying data literacy, Excel and scripting to maintain high data standards and enable reliable catalog information across our ERP‑style platform.

Qualifications

• Solid data literacy with understanding of data concepts and structures.
• Experience using Excel for data cleansing and validation.
• Ability to analyze trends and ensure data quality with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Load, review and prioritise catalog data updates to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Extract and validate structured data from ACES/PIES feeds.
• Maintain taxonomy: part types and product categories.
• Publish retained parts and flag data quality issues for remediation.
• Collaborate with product, development and customer-facing teams to align catalog data with requirements.
