Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, IS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, data analysis or related disciplines.
• Travel up to 10% and a work schedule from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday–Friday with business flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute enterprise Data Governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Promote data literacy and foster a data centric culture across the organization.
• Ensure assigned data domains comply with governance standards.
• Advocate change management related to data governance adoption and tool implementation.
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics and KPIs; identify defects and remediation.
• Partner with data owners and stewards to define business validation rules.
• Maintain business glossary terms and data lineage, and document metadata.
• Define and maintain master data standards; review requests and survivorship rules.
• Support catalog adoption and collaboration to improve metadata quality.
• Coordinate business decisions on data standards and processes.
