Job summary

Citi seeks an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager at AVP level to support Data Quality Management within Banking & International Data. The role focuses on governance, compliance with standards, and AI-driven automation of DQ processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in banking/finance data governance or quality programs.
• Familiarity with Citi technology architecture and multiple asset classes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with 2nd and 3rd lines of defense.

Responsibilities

• Execute milestone deliverables on consent order work related to Banking domain.
• Drive Banking Data Domain initiatives ensuring data quality and governance.
• Maintain an efficient exception management process with timely RCA and remediation.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate project status and remediation plans.
• Align data initiatives with business priorities and owner expectations.
• Ensure consistent identification and analysis of data concerns for remediation.
• Provide data concern updates using metrics and oversee reporting.
