PeopleShare by PROMAN in Bala-Cynwyd is seeking a Hybrid Data Entry Clerk to join their growing team.

The position is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm with a hybrid schedule after training (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). The role pays $20/hour with weekly pay and health benefits after 30 days.

Room for growth and ongoing clerical duties such as data entry, verification, and basic reporting; 1–3 years’ data entry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of data entry and data processing experience
• Experience with data entry and office tasks
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and typing skills
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Must pass pre-employment background checks and drug testing

Responsibilities

• Enter data from source documents into a keyboard-based data entry device
• Verify data entered for accuracy and completeness
• Extract, cross-reference, and prepare data for entry and may transcribe or code alphanumeric data
• Prepare basic reports from data and assist with timeliness and productivity goals
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned and ensure daily goals are met
