Job summary

Service Express in Cleveland at the Highland Heights office is seeking a Data Engineer to build data pipelines and enable access for data scientists and business analysts. You will work in a hybrid role that focuses on moving data into Azure Synapse using Spark, Python, SQL, and C# within established data warehouse and data lakehouse standards.

You will develop ML and regression capabilities using Spark, Python, pandas, OpenAI, and Azure ML while following the SDLC and collaborating with

Qualifications

2+ years of Python experience for data engineering (spark, pandas).
2+ years of SQL experience for data engineering.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Good data analytics background.
Motivated individual looking to expand knowledge in Data Engineering, Analytics and AI.

Responsibilities

Implement pipelines to move raw data in Azure Synapse using spark, python, SQL and C# in line with architectural standards.
Develop machine learning and regression analysis skills in spark-python-pandas, openai and Azure ML.
Employ Azure Devops and Git in line with the SDLC best practices.
Interpret requirements provided by Business and Data Analysts.
Act as a liaison with Business Analysts and Testing teams to promote smooth development execution.
Triage and troubleshoot data aberrations submitted by the user community.
