Job summary

Align is seeking a Data Center Project Associate to join our Data Center Solutions team in the Phoenix metro area. The role is ideal for someone early in their career with 1–4 years of relevant experience in data centers, MEP, or construction management who wants to grow into project management.

You will support senior project managers, coordinate trade activities, assist with site surveys, documentation, planning and budgeting, and learn Align standards with hands-on exposure to data center

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience or internship in data centers, MEP, or construction management.
• Hands-on data center technician experience welcome.
• Strong MS Office, writing and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior project managers with on-site consulting for data center design and installation.
• Travel to projects across the Western Region as needed.
• Assist with site surveys, documentation, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and project plans updates.
• Assist with trouble shooting during data center build-outs.
• Learn Align standards and data center blueprints development.
