Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Nevada is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Site Deployment to drive the seamless transition of new data centers to Site Operations and ensure Operational Readiness at turnover from Construction. Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined experience in data center or mission-critical project management and technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams for site turnover.
• Develop deployment schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
• Review commissioning documents, TAB reports, and turnover deliverables.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new operations teams at greenfield sites.
• Ensure operational readiness and safety standards before site turnover.
• Coordinate asset management, maintenance, and site security measures.
