Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Sparks, NV is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Site Deployment to lead the handoff of new data centers to Site Operations, ensuring Operational Readiness at turnover. This role partners with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Business Operations and Site Operations to align schedules, risks, and documentation for a smooth transition.

This role supports the creation of deployment plans, reviews TAB and commissioning reports, recruits and trains new operations

Qualifications

3+ years of data center or mission-critical project management with cross-functional teams.
PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Business Operations and Site Operations for seamless turnover to Site Operations.
Develop and manage detailed deployment schedules, milestones and risk plans for site readiness activities.
Review commissioning documentation, TAB reports and turnover deliverables for compliance and performance.
Recruit, onboard and train new Operations teams at greenfield sites to ensure effective operational launch.
Ensure site readiness, establish site-specific SOPs/MOPs/EOPs and verify safety and commissioning standards.
