Job summary

Elevance Health in Louisville, KY; Mason, OH; Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Business Info Analyst II to analyze, report and develop recommendations on data across multiple business metrics.

In a hybrid in-office 1-2 days per week role, you will create and maintain databases, analyze data, and publish periodic reports with actionable insights.

Experience with SAAS, SQL and Excel is preferred, along with model building and strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in related field with at least 2 years of data analysis experience.
• Experience with databases, standard query and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains databases to track business performance.
• Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.
• Develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies.
• Creates and publishes periodic reports, makes necessary recommendations, and develops ad hoc reports as needed.
• May require taking business issues and devising best ways to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.
