Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT, Analytics, Business/Data Analysis, BI, or related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making.
• Strong quantitative aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional/technical design documents.
• Develop analytical, reporting, modeling, or data products to support business objectives.
• Test and validate analytics solutions with end users.
• Troubleshoot application or training deficiencies with users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and improvements.
• Design test plans, scenarios, and procedures; train end users.
