TEKsystems is seeking a Data Automation Analyst to design, develop, and support automation solutions that streamline operational workflows and reporting. The role is local to Charlotte with 3 days a week onsite uptown and W2 only; sponsorship is not available.

The ideal candidate will have strong PowerShell, Power Query, SQL, and Oracle experience, plus business analysis skills to translate requirements into scalable automation. This contract position offers hybrid work in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Strong PowerShell development with scripting, workflow automation, logging and error handling.
• Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard/report development.
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle databases for data extraction, querying, and reporting.
• Business analysis capabilities including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Design and support scalable automation solutions with controls and documentation.
