Hilton is seeking a Senior Manager Data Architecture to lead data design and AI/ML data solutions within the Enterprise Architecture & Data Operations team. You will translate business needs into scalable data architectures and collaborate with data leadership to guide modernization efforts.

The role requires seven years in technology, five years in data engineering/architecture, and five years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Seven years of professional work experience in Technology or related field.
• Five years of specialized experience in data engineering, analytics, or architecture.
• Five years of experience managing teams or projects.
• Knowledge of and experience with Cloud, hybrid environments, and data platforms.
• Hybrid role requiring proximity to McLean, Dallas, or Memphis offices.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsabilités

• Gather and refine business requirements and translate into data architecture inputs.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data standards and best practices.
• Assess impacts to data systems, pipelines and reporting; identify risks and dependencies.
• Design scalable data architectures and support modernization efforts.
• Guide AI/ML data solutions (RAG pipelines, vector/graph databases) to scale enterprise-wide.
