Addison Group is seeking a hands-on Data Architect to lead enterprise data architecture, migration, governance, and integration strategy for a large ERP transformation. This role sits in Austin, TX on a hybrid schedule, with both remote and onsite work.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in data architecture, strong data modeling and governance skills, and experience with SQL, ETL/ELT, cloud platforms, and integrations. This 12-month contract offers competitive hourly compensation and extensions.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Enterprise Data Management, or related disciplines.
• Proven success leading large-scale ERP or enterprise application data migrations.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, data governance, data quality, and master data management.
• Experience with SQL, ETL/ELT processes, cloud platforms, data warehouses, and integration architectures.
• Knowledge of API design, middleware technologies, and enterprise architecture best practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise data migration efforts, including profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover planning.
• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Develop scalable data architecture standards, integration patterns, and governance frameworks.
• Establish data quality, stewardship, metadata management, security, and access control practices.
• Architect and oversee integrations across ERP and enterprise platforms using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data integrity throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Support reporting, analytics, AI/ML, and data warehousing initiatives through scalable data solutions.
• Define data retention, archival, compliance, and auditability strategies.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture governance, solution reviews, and technology standards.
• Create architecture documentation, reference models, and technical recommendations.
