Qualifications

• Four-year degree in IT, CS, math, stats, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of database maintenance and development in MSSQL/Oracle or similar.
• Five years ETL development and maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, SSIS, SSRS, and SSMS.
• BI experience for visualization, development, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of relational and dimensional database concepts and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the district's senior technical resource for enterprise database architecture and data management.
• Lead data integration, ETL processes, automated rostering, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data integrations with privacy and security controls.
• Set technical standards, architecture patterns, and documentation.
• Provide design guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to staff.
• Lead technical design reviews for complex projects and ensure security and performance.
• Develop and maintain enterprise databases, schemas, and data models with HA.
• Translate requirements into secure data integrations via ETL, APIs, and vendor interfaces.
• Monitor, reconcile, and address data integration issues and operational risks.
