Job summary

HAVI is seeking a Data Analyst to join the North America Supply Chain Analytics & Insights team in a hybrid Chicago role. You will map data workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and automate processes to generate actionable insights from complex datasets.

The role collaborates with onshore/offshore teams, Data Science, Product Management, and other Supply Chain functions to deliver dashboards, reports, and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Analysis and Process Improvement
• Excellent knowledge of databases and SQL scripting
• Strong Python and R scripting skills
• Experience with statistical software and reporting/visualization tools
• Good process-mapping knowledge (e.g., value stream mapping)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to build MS-Power BI dashboards
• Familiarity with Azure ecosystem and Databricks
• Understanding of Supply Chain/EDI standards a plus
• Lean Six Sigma certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify data-driven opportunities with business leaders
• Collect, synthesize, analyze data and create relevant reports
• Structure large data sets and extract insights
• Lead automation of data workflows
• Create impactful visualizations and presentations
• Ensure deliverables meet sprint quality standards
• Document current state and plan transformation journeys
• Contribute to production-quality deliverables
• Provide consultative insights to internal/external customers
• Support thought leadership in data analysis
