Job summary

The Brixton Group is seeking a detail-oriented analytics professional to support planning, forecasting, and reporting across Workplace Technology programs. You will partner with procurement, suppliers, and technology teams to analyze demand, spend, inventory, and performance to drive better business decisions.

Responsibilities include forecasting, inventory planning, dashboards, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve analytics.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in business analytics, demand planning, procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 3+ years of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with Workplace Technology, IT hardware, EUC, or technology procurement is preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Exposure to forecasting automation or AI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Analyze purchasing trends, inventory levels, supplier performance, and costs.
• Build dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track key metrics.
• Identify opportunities to optimize spending, processes, and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and planning.
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting and analytics.
