Job summary

Akaasa Technologies in Malvern, PA is seeking a high-performing Data Analyst to join the Analytics team. You will unlock value from large volumes of transaction and portfolio data, analyzing client investment behaviors to generate actionable insights.

You will build predictive models to forecast churn, NNA, and trading propensity, and develop dashboards and KPI tracking for executives and wealth advisors.

Qualifications

• SQL: Advanced capability in writing optimized queries, complex joins, subqueries and window functions.
• Python: Proficiency with data analysis and machine learning libraries.
• AWS services knowledge (Bedrock, Glue, S3) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large financial datasets to identify patterns in client buying, selling, and asset allocation behaviors.
• Develop, validate, and maintain forecasting models to predict churn, net new assets, trade propensity and client lifetime value.
• Write efficient SQL and Python scripts to extract, transform and analyze data across data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executives and wealth advisors.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards to track client metrics and model performance.
