Talentify is seeking a Data Analyst for the Office of Early Learning (OEL) in Cary, NC. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy across OEL databases, building weekly/monthly/yearly reports, and developing a comprehensive data dashboard.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, ECATS and Canvas.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Access; Google Apps.
• Understanding of federal, state and local program requirements.
• Knowledge of database systems.
• Strong time management and detail orientation.
• Clear oral and written communication.
• Ability to analyze data in large databases.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to build relationships with staff, partners, vendors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of the current and historical OEL databases.
• Provide weekly/monthly/yearly reports and spreadsheets on OEL programs and services.
• Research and perform data analysis to disseminate specialized reports.
• Research and analyze district maps, capacities and Pre-K program comparisons.
• Maintain and analyze Teaching Strategies Gold data.
• Develop and update OEL Data Dashboard.
• Work with other departments to establish kindergarten readiness data.
• Perform backup data entry into collaborative system for Pre-K student placement.
• Process preschool student data changes.
• Serve on Wake Pre-K Collaborative with NC DCDEE and partners.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing screening and placement data.
• Collaborate with community partners to analyze shared data.
• Enter and maintain Parent Powered enrollments.
• Perform other related duties, as assigned.
