Job summary

PRA Group, INC. is seeking a data analytics specialist to design, develop, and maintain data programming solutions for data quality and business rules analysis. You will support hypothesis testing, champion/challenger testing, and reporting dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

The role requires intermediate SQL skills, data mining and visualization capabilities, and collaboration with stakeholders. This is a hybrid position onsite three days a week in our Norfolk office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in STEM or quantitative field.
• Strong SQL coding skills with joins and data manipulation.
• Experience in data mining, cleaning and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Qlik dashboards.
• Proficiency with Excel and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Provide data mining, cleaning, and data analysis using database tools.
• Execute and troubleshoot coding processes for data workflows.
• Support dashboards and data quality monitoring across departments.
• Document changes and assist with testing and change management.
• Collaborate with senior data leads on ad-hoc data projects.
