Responsibilities

• Complete the order services process including requesting, reviewing, and verifying loan documents.
• Clear loan processing conditions within the loan operating system (insurance, collateral, disclosure, title).
• Review title and insurance documents for guideline compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external partners to manage documentation and timelines.
• Monitor pipeline with Mortgage Specialist to meet client loan cycle times.
• Ensure loan progress through closing and proactively solve problems.
