Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on breach response and privacy matters.
• Draft and negotiate DPAs, vendor contracts and cross-border transfers.
• Provide guidance on state privacy laws, HIPAA, GLBA and NYDFS rules.
• Collaborate with forensics teams under privilege to support matters.
