Job summary

Strategic Education, Inc. seeks an Adjunct Faculty member to teach Cyber courses in a hybrid format for Strayer University. The role requires delivering classes in both in-person and asynchronous online formats, with on-campus sessions weekly and office hours to support student success.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctorate in a relevant field, has college teaching experience, and possesses EC-Council CEH/CHFI or equivalent certification, with strong communication and technology skills.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• EC-Council CEH or CHFI certification required
• College-level teaching experience preferred
• Hybrid teaching format: on-campus and online delivery

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned Cyber courses from a pre-designed curriculum using professional expertise.
• Maintain on-campus office hours and be available to students via email, phone, and online tools.
• Deliver both in-person and asynchronous online instruction; conduct weekly in-person sessions.
• Engage with students and provide timely feedback to support learning outcomes.
• Adhere to university policies and participate in faculty meetings and trainings.
