Crisis Prevention Institute, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Customer Support Associate in Wisconsin. You will assist CPI customers and Certified Instructors across channels, delivering effortless service and fast first-contact resolutions.

You will use CPI's CRM and KMS, handling routine inquiries and registrations with accuracy. The role emphasizes learning CPI programs, policies, and PCI standards. A 1st shift, hybrid schedule, and comprehensive benefits support a stable start in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience in customer service.
• Ability to learn and use multiple customer-facing technologies and systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate responses to inbound calls.
• Deliver quick and effective resolution to routine issues.
• Enter and scan State Tax Exemption certificates.
• Process event registrations and product orders, including kit shipments.
• Place outbound calls to satisfy customer requests and gather registration info.
• Generate leads and offers to register instructors in events when appropriate.
• Suggest improvements to customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance and contribute to team productivity.
• Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
