Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction & Scheduling: primary contact for customers regarding field service scheduling.
• Quoting & Contract Support: prepare quotes for training sessions and service contracts; secure approvals.
• Work Order & Parts Management: add parts to work orders; monitor availability and shipments.
• Communication & Follow-Up: proactive updates on service status, parts shipments, and scheduling.
