Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inflow of telephone contacts to maintain optimal service levels.
• Adhere to company policies; resolve customer complaints.
• Serve as primary contact for service repair-related issues; process RMAs, loaners, and replacements.
• Maintain continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enter repair orders accurately into ERP/CRM systems and verify data.
