Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in residential and small-medium commercial building science.
• Previous experience in utility energy efficiency programs is preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual consultations on decarbonization solutions.
• Engage with contractors and customers regarding heat pumps.
• Support contractors and customers with various inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate on the development of program tools.
• Stay current with system design and installation standards.
