Job summary

Compeer Financial in Rochester, MN, is seeking a Crop Insurance Client Service Associate to support a portfolio of smaller clients and assist the sales team with applications, reports and claims. The role combines client service excellence with data entry, documentation, and cross-selling opportunities, in a hybrid work environment up to 50% remote.

You will maintain relationships, review coverage, prepare and file production reports and claims, and collaborate with underwriters and the Sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Must have a crop insurance license or ability to obtain one within three months from hire.
• Entry-level experience in insurance or Ag related field is preferred.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of smaller crop insurance clients and provide servicing.
• Support the crop insurance sales team with applications, production reports, acreage reporting and claims.
• Prepare and review required documentation for policies and claims.
• Enter data in Salesforce and prepare reports in Power BI.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
