Job summary

Compeer Financial in Rochester, MN offers a hybrid work option up to 50% and focuses on delivering exceptional client service for crop insurance. The role supports the Crop Insurance Sales Team and manages a portfolio of smaller clients across in-office, phone, and digital channels.

The position requires a high school diploma (Associate’s preferred), and a crop insurance license or ability to obtain one within three months. Proficiency with Salesforce, OnBase, and AIP systems is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred in business, finance, agriculture or related field.
• Must have a valid crop insurance license or ability to obtain within three months from hire.
• Entry-level insurance or agricultural experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, OnBase and AIP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a portfolio of smaller crop insurance clients and provide prompt service.
• Support crop insurance sales team with applications, reports and client communications.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and opportunities.
• Enter data accurately into AIP systems and Salesforce; prepare and mail insurance documents.
• Assist with planning and executing sales events and cross-selling opportunities.
