Job summary

You will process confidential associate files, collaborate with management, and maintain accurate data in the Verity system while handling routine office tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in credentialing workflows or healthcare administration.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information ethically.
• Good communication with clinical teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential credentialing files for associates and evaluate completeness.
• Collaborate with clinical management and credentialing staff to obtain missing info.
• Enter data accurately into Verity credentialing system to keep files up to date.
• Respond promptly to credentialing items and inquiries from operations and hospitals.
• Handle basic office tasks: phones, mail, filing, copying.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
