Job summary

Procom is seeking a Creative Production Manager for an 18-month hybrid role based in Austin, TX. The candidate will oversee the production management cycle for print media and digital channel integration, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

The role requires 2–5+ years of print production experience, familiarity with Workfront/Basecamp, and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years’ experience managing print production.
• Experience with creative staff and studio production teams.
• Familiarity with Workfront or Basecamp.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand, Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Media teams to execute integrated production across channels.
• Build and maintain integrated production plans, identifying risks and driving solutions.
• Manage cross-channel delivery and asset handoffs to support timely launches.
• Establish and enforce QA standards across formats.
• Negotiate costs and ensure quality of materials with outside vendors.
• Develop production timelines and coordinate deliverables with vendors.
• Own production QA, managing file construction and quality elements.
