Help The Persecuted is seeking a Creative Producer to lead end-to-end production of video, audio, and graphic design for campaigns, donor communications, and events.

Based in Marietta, GA, this hybrid role involves studio or field shoots, editing, podcast production, asset management, and collaboration with field teams and vendors. The candidate should have 3–5 years in video production, proficiency with Premiere, After Effects, Audition, and a strong design eye.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of video production experience with editing as core strength.
• Proficiency with professional video and audio equipment and editing software.
• Experience producing podcasts or long-form audio content.
• Graphic design skills using templates or tools like Canva.
• Experience managing media storage and asset workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and shoot video in studio and on location.
• Edit footage for campaigns, social media, events, and donor communications.
• Produce podcasts and audio content with high‑quality sound.
• Create graphic design assets for print and digital formats.
• Support website content updates related to campaigns and assets.
• Manage the full creative workflow from pre-production to delivery.
• Maintain media storage, asset libraries, and naming conventions.
• Ensure brand guidelines and visual consistency.
