Job summary

Onward Search in New York is seeking a Creative PM for a temporary, hybrid, office-first role. You will manage end-to-end creative marketing projects, coordinating across creative and business partners to keep workflows running smoothly and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in program/project management within marketing/advertising or e-commerce, plus hands-on experience with Airtable, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud, and strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program/project management in marketing, advertising, or e-commerce.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary creative teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Proficiency with Airtable (or similar work-management platforms).
• Working familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to manage creative workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing creative assets.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on time and aligned to brand standards.
• Prioritize high volume requests, flag risks and resource constraints.
• Maintain and improve project tracking and workflow tools (including Airtable).
• Lead day-to-day project management activities from intake to archiving.
