Qualifications

• A strong portfolio or work samples demonstrating writing ability and conceptual thinking.
• Approximately 2+ years of copywriting, advertising, marketing, or related experience.
• Ability to write across different brands, audiences, voices, and tones.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with creative, strategy, account, and project management teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Agency experience is a plus, especially with multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, compelling copy across a variety of voices, tones, brands, and audiences.
• Create content for social media, websites, blogs, video scripts, presentations, integrated campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Partner with designers, art directors, strategists, account teams, and other creatives to develop concepts and creative solutions.
• Translate strategy and client/business objectives into thoughtful, engaging creative.
• Support work across both consumer-facing brands and growing B2B/content marketing initiatives.
• Proofread and edit work for accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, and brand voice.
• Present and discuss creative concepts with internal teams and clients.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining the strategic and creative intent of the work.
• Manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-moving agency environment.
• Remain flexible and proactive as client and project needs evolve.
