Job summary

Green Key Resources LLC is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to oversee complex real estate transactions, ensuring precision and compliance from initial drafting through closing.

The role requires collaborating with attorneys, clients, lenders, and title underwriters in a hybrid environment across MD, DC, and VA, handling title insurance, examinations, and closings with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required.
• Minimum 8 years of CRE transaction experience.
• Licensed Title Producer in MD, VA, DC.
• Strong knowledge of title insurance and closings.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and lending.
• Examine title reports, ALTA surveys, and UCC searches to resolve issues.
• Prepare title commitments, endorsements, policies, and closing documents.
• Coordinate due diligence, settlement statements, escrow accounts, and post-closing matters.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, lenders, and other participants.
• Ensure compliance with recording requirements in MD, DC, and VA.
• Use title software and Microsoft Office for transaction management.
• Support affordable housing finance and agency financing initiatives as needed.
