TSCG, a privately held commercial real estate company, is hiring a Location Data Analyst in our Atlanta, Georgia office. This position is in-office with the ability to have 1 day remote after the initial training period.

You will work with the GIS team to manage requests, build maps in ArcGIS Pro, analyze retail trends, and prepare dashboards and demographic reports for brokers and clients. The ideal candidate has a GIS-related bachelor's degree and experience with ArcGIS Online/Business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Geoinformatics, or related field; Economics/Urban Planning with ArcGIS Pro acceptable
Beginner-level ArcGIS Pro knowledge; all-Esri environment (ArcGIS Pro/Online/Business Analyst)
Commercial real estate GIS experience a plus
Experience with AI tools such as Claude a plus
Strong organization, multi-tasking, and deadline management

Responsabilités

Manage GIS requests for the Atlanta office from intake to delivery, owning workload, priorities, and deadlines
Consult with brokers to understand transactions and produce maps, demographic reports, or web-based applications
Stay current on Georgia retail trends including openings/closures, new concepts, traffic counts, and future developments
