Hydrogen Group is assisting in finding a Commercial Real Estate Associate for a premier law firm. The position sits in Atlanta, GA or Jacksonville, FL with a hybrid work model.

You will handle sophisticated real estate transactions for lenders, developers, and borrowers—covering acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and joint ventures—and oversee deals from due diligence through closing.

Formación

• 5-7 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and leasing.
• Experience managing transaction diligence, drafting and negotiating documents, and coordinating closings.
• Large law firm experience preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Bar license in state you would be working in or ability to become barred.
