This role offers competitive compensation of up to $140,000 plus a 15% annual bonus, and allows for a hybrid work schedule with 2 remote days per week.

• Manage commercial property-level accounting processes and ensure GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Oversee monthly closings, financial reports, budgets, and cash flow analysis.
• Partner with acquisitions and dispositions teams on transactions and due diligence.
