Qualifications

• 2+ years of public accounting and/or commercial real estate accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP (specifically, real estate).
• Understanding of property management in relation to financial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledgers for assigned properties and prepare journal entries.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages on assigned properties.
• Review expense reconciliation schedules and billings to tenants.
• Assist with audits and prepare annual financial statements.
