Job summary

Hawthorne Health, Inc. seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator for our Springfield, MO site. This role starts as a part-time position (~24–30 hours/week) with potential to transition to full-time as trial activity grows.

You will serve as the site’s operational lead for day-to-day trial activities, with support from an experienced centralized team across recruitment, regulatory, quality, project management, and clinical operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience in a similar setting.
• Phlebotomy certification or demonstrated competency in venipuncture (adult and pediatric).
• Strong understanding of trial operations, regulatory documentation, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all site clinical trial activities.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll participants per criteria.
• Schedule study visits and ensure protocol adherence.
• Collect, process, and ship samples per guidelines.
• Maintain source documents, regulatory binders and informed consent forms.
• Enter data into EDC systems accurately.
• Communicate with sponsors, monitors and team members.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, FDA and IRB.
