Job summary

Post Consumer Brands, a business unit of Post Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Sales Analyst for the Kroger team in Cincinnati. You will provide data insights to support reviews, forecasts, promotions, and new item processes with cross-functional partners.

You will analyze category trends using Market6/IRI/Nielsen data, create concise reports, and help translate insights into actionable sales strategies. Hybrid work with 3 days in office in Cincinnati, OH.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1–3 years of relevant CPG experience to include Sales Analytics, Account Management, or Category Management.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales and Category Management to develop category and consumer trends and insights for internal planning and customer meetings.
Facilitate forecast trend reviews to align PCB and Kroger forecasts and drive forecast accuracy.
Lead internal and external business scorecard reviews, and provide recommended actions.
Track and analyze category and brand business trends, new items, and promotion performance and provide insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and customer teams.
Assist with planning inputs into the trade planning & forecast system.
