Job summary

Airgas is hiring for a Counter Sales Associate/Backup Local Delivery Driver in Mankato, MN. The role blends inside sales, inventory support, and client service at our local branch.

You will serve as backup driver for local deliveries during peak periods, while maintaining stock accuracy and coordinating orders. Compensation is $28.00 to $29.00 per hour, with regional bonuses and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Airbrake endorsements or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Maintain valid driver's license, medical card and endorsements.
• No more than two traffic convictions or one conviction + one at-fault in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with accounts, process orders, and coordinate logistics using digital tools.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support daily branch operations.
• Serve as backup driver for local deliveries, typically 10–12 stops and 150–200 miles.
