Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 8–10+ years of experience in project controls, project controlling, or cost management on large capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and scheduling fundamentals.
• Experience with EAC, cost forecasting, and financial performance across project lifecycles.
• Proven expertise with change management, contingency planning, and cost-control systems.
• Experience in owner-representative/EPC/EPCM environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project cost baseline, CBS, budgets, forecasts, EAC, and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor costs by tracking commitments, actuals, forecasts, and performance; perform variance analysis.
• Lead the project cost change management process and integrate approved changes into budgets and forecasts.
• Establish and report on contingency and management reserve usage.
• Consolidate cost information across engineering, procurement, construction, site operations, and external contractors for reporting.
• Deliver monthly cost reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations of financial health and risk outlook.
• Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to support accruals, payment timing, funding, and audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with project leadership and EPC/EPCM contractors to resolve cost discrepancies and improve forecast accuracy.
