Job summary

You will prepare financial reports, support budgeting and forecasts, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with operations to improve cost performance. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of cost accounting experience are preferred; hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related cost accounting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to change.
• Basic experience with office/operational systems.
• Experience interpreting strategy and policy to meet objectives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate financial records including GL accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with AP/AR processes, including invoicing and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts for accuracy.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws.
• Meet monthly reporting and tax deadlines with timely analysis.
