Job summary

Washington Department of Corrections in Tumwater, WA, seeks a Correctional Records Supervisor (CW67) for the Warrants Records Unit. This full-time role requires in-office work 3–4 days per week with potential telework hybrid options.

The unit operates 24/7 across Day, Evening, and Night shifts; the schedule is Mon–Fri, 7:30 am–4:00 pm, subject to unit needs. Internal transfer candidates only under WFSE CBA Article 4.7, who currently hold permanent status in the recruited class, may apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of experience maintaining or processing records in various domains (correctional, medical, legal, etc).
• Six (6) months of experience with OMNI program.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to analyze and problem solve under stress and communicate with stakeholders.
