Frazier & Deeter is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to lead complex corporate tax engagements, guiding clients and engagement teams while ensuring top-tier service. You will collaborate with firm leadership to grow client relationships and identify new business opportunities in a dynamic national practice.

The role emphasizes minimizing tax liabilities while maintaining compliance, with responsibilities spanning planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of tax services for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license.
• 8+ years of Corporate Tax experience in public accounting.
• Familiarity with ASC 740 (Income Taxes) and FAS 109.
• Proficiency with tax software (CCH Axcess) and MS Office.
• Ability to develop tax planning strategies for clients.
• Strong business development skills preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Experience supervising, training, developing, and reviewing staff and senior associates.

• Lead client meetings and presentations, communicating tax concepts clearly.
• Ensure compliance with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Assist with proposals and business development activities.
