Hy-Vee is seeking a Corporate Social Media Intern to assist the Marketing and Social Media teams with executing organic posts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.

The role focuses on daily posting, content publishing, data cleanup in Sprinklr, and supporting analytics and reporting while upholding Hy-Vee brand standards. This internship requires 2–3 years of undergraduate study in digital or social media, journalism, or marketing.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of undergraduate education in digital or social media, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• Experience using social media platforms is required.
• Experience with Sprinklr or similar platforms is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Track daily posting and accuracy across channels.
• Assist with publishing content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Help coordinate project workflows to meet deadlines.
• Assist with data cleanup in Sprinklr and with reporting/analytics.
• Create links and UTM parameters for campaigns.
• Identify and curate user-generated content and track approvals.
• Participate in ideation and brainstorming of creative ideas.
• Help enforce brand standards and posting accuracy.
