Job summary

Confidential Employer is actively interviewing for a Corporate Paralegal to support legal operations with a focus on construction law, contract management, and litigation support in a dynamic organization.

The role features a hybrid Dallas, TX environment with a compensation package up to $90,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits. The successful candidate will draft and review contracts, manage liens, perform legal research, and coordinate with counsel and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program OR Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of paralegal experience
• 3–5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law
• Strong experience with construction contracts, mechanic’s liens, and construction law preferred
• Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts and legal documents
• Handle mechanic’s liens, filings, and construction-related legal processes
• Conduct legal research and maintain organized case files
• Support e-discovery processes and manage document databases
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed
